    FAMMSA, founded in Los Yebenes (Toledo, Spain) in 1977 is a manufacturer of metal supports for power lines (up to 400 Kv), metal structures for electrical substations and tanks for power and distribution transformers. Currently it mainly produces metal supports for high voltage lines, towers for telecommunications and lighting, steel structures for electrical substations, tanks for distribution transformers, tanks for power transformers and fins tanks.

    Its facilities include a covered area of 20,000 square meters. The most innovative design and manufacturing technology is available at FAMMSA to meet market needs. The reliability of its elements, as well as the quality of the customer service, has turned FAMMSA into a well-known player in the sector, allowing it to grow internationally. Technological evolution is a key company process, along with human resources management.

    The company has already implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental quality.

    Since its foundation, FAMMSA has made continued use of new technologies for product development, using state-of-the-art technologies in the manufacturing processes in order to move from traditional production to automation.     Main tasks in ExtremeFactories

    FAMMSA will participate in the definition of business cases and requirements analysis, verification and validation of methodology and platform design. They will perform the assessment of the ExtremeFactories methodology and platform and participate in the dissemination and exploitation of results.
